Shipping

All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order for shipping, unless otherwise noted. Business days are Monday-Friday. 

E-mails will be sent with a tracking number upon shipment of item.  Please refer to this email and tracking number for any updates on the delivery of your package. Once we ship package, we can only see the same shipping info as you with the tracking number.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses listed at the time of purchase. So PLEASE make sure the address you put into the system is the correct address.
