Return Policy
We Only Offer Store Credit, We Do Not Issue Refunds or Exchanges.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s within 14 calendar days. Any returns received past our policy will be rejected.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and stain free. This includes smoke, deodorant, pet hair and perfume scents.
- Shoes must be returned in the original packaging and unworn. We will check the bottom of them!
- ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: Earrings, and anything marked as a SALE item.
How to Return:
We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. Please include your name and order number on the package. Make sure to get a tracking number when you make your return so you have proof in case something happens in shipping.

Store Credit:
Please allow 48 hours from the day we receive your package for your store credit email. In the store credit you receive shipping will be including so please keep that in mind when placing your order.
Damages or Defects:
You MUST email us within 48 hours of receiving your package to let us know of any damages, email triplehooeyboutique@gmail.com and include your order number along with pictures of the items.
Please remember we DO NOT offer refunds if you are unhappy with your items please let us know and we will issue a store credit once your item has been returned within 14 days.
STORE-WIDE SALES are FINAL sale only. We will not accept returns or issue any kind of store credit. This is because we are always trying to make room for new items. So please be mindful of this when you are making a purchase from any type of SALE.
Damages or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective we need to be notified within 48 hours to get a full refund. If your items goes over the two day mark you will not be able to receive a refund.
We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, or altered an any way will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
